Put all dry ingredients into mixing bowl and set aside. Add brown sugar, honey, butter and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix together wet and dry ingredients and spread it in a 10 x 12 casserole dish and press flat. Make sure to coat casserole dish with spray on oil.
