Here is how you make Laura's Hummus:

1. Peel the cloves of garlic, and either chop by hand or with a chopper.2. Drain chickpeas (save a little liquid in case hummus is dry). Put drained chickpeas into blender.3. Add chopped garlic and remaining ingredients to the blender.4. Blend to desired consistency. Add extra chickpea liquid if hummus is too dry.5.
