3 cans of chick peas
3 T. olive oil
1/4 C. lemon juice
3 t. minced garlic
1 T. paprika
1 T. cummin
1 t. salt
1/2 C. roasted red peppers (canned)



How Do I Make Becky's Hummus?

Here is how you make Becky's Hummus:

Drain the liquid from the chick peas. Puree them in the food processor. Add all the other ingredients except the roasted red pepper. Blend again to the consistency you want. Taste to be sure it is what you want. Add the roasted red pepper. ( You can roast peppers yourself, but I'm lazy and buy it already in the jar at Wal-Mart.) Blend again and you're done.
