Soak the cashew nuts in spring water for at least 2 hours. Drain the nuts and place them in a high powered blender with all the other ingredients and blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Break the kale up into pieces and discard the stalks. place the kale into a bowl and pour the blended mixture on top of the kale. Mix them together well ensuring all the kale is coated in the mixture. Place the kale on silicone sheets and dehydrate them at 118 degrees f/45 degrees C until they are dry and crispy (around 12 hours).
