Chop the dates in a food processor until as fine as possible. Add chocolate and chop also until very fine. (About 2 minutes each). Add millet still warm from roasting, pumpkin seeds, and cashews and process just until blended. Add agave and process until it sticks together. Pour into a 9x9 pan and smash down with a spatula.
