Archer Farms Dried Cherries (1 whole bag, or 3 quarter-cup servings)
4 tbsp melted Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts (I got the sea-salt kind)
2 cups mini marshmallows


How Do I Make No-Raisin Trail Mix?

Here is how you make No-Raisin Trail Mix:

Lay the Kashi cereal out on a baking sheet (one with edges works best, trust me). Melt the chocolate with a little skim milk, mixing thoroughly (I used a double-boiler) until it will drizzle easily. Drizzle the chocolate onto the Kashi cereal, then gently sprinkle the cherries on. Add any remaining chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts, then set aside until firm/dry. Then add in marshmallows and mix well. I then divide the mix into 20 snack bags for easy grab-and-go.Serving Size:?Makes 20 Servings
