1 cup of rolled Oats
.5 cup of your favorite dried fruit
.25 cup of chopped nuts such as walnuts, pecans or almonds
1 cup fat free or 2% milk
1 apple
8 oz Low Fat Yoghurt (any flavor but I like vanilla best)


How Do I Make Morning Muesli?

Here is how you make Morning Muesli:

Mix all ingredients but excluding apple and yoghurt. Leave in the fridge overnight to soak. In the morning cut up half a small, tart apple and add to muesli. Serve with your favorite yoghurt or eat plain. You can add any nuts or fruits. I also love adding fresh berries when in season or even cutting up half a banana on top. This is my morning super food.
