Preheat oven to 425 F.Stir dry ingredients together. Add raisins, milk & OJ. Stir to form a soft dough. Turn out to a board dusted with a little extra Bisquick and knead about 10 times. Pat into a circle approx. 9" diameter. Cut into 6 wedges. Place wedges on an ungreased baking sheet and into preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned.
