Oats, 190 grams
Brown Sugar, 180 grams
*Whole Wheat Flour, 2.5 cup (white flour is ok too)
Honey, 250 grams
*Canola Oil, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large


How Do I Make Muesli Bars?

Here is how you make Muesli Bars:

Mix all dry ingredients together and make a well in the middle. Pour in all wet ingredients and mix well. I find it works best to mix with hands. Press into a baking sheet and bake at 175 C for around 40 minutes. Finished when golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes and then cut (or will be too hard to cut) then let finish cooling. Its a little hard to press into hands, I also think using wet hands works the best or a silicone spatula.
