preheat oven to 350.mix dry ingredients (leave the cinnamon and 3 Tbsp sugar for topping). Mix milk and egg and applesauce. Combine dry & wet ingredients and fold in apples until just mixed.Fill muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.Mix 3 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
