Heat oven to 400˚F. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups. In large bowl, combine cereal and molasses. Add boiling water and mush it around with a spoon until well blended. Stir in canola oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups to 3/4 full.
