Stir together: bran, flour, cardamom, cinnamon, soda and baking powder. Then stir in walnuts and chopped prunes and set aside. Blend milk, agave nectar, melted coconut oil, applesauce, vanilla and flax meal. Add to dry ingredients and stir JUST UNTIL MOISTENED.
