2 cups of All Bran Cereal
3 cups of flour
2 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tsp cinnamon

How Do I Make UltraFit Breakfast Bran Muffins?

Here is how you make UltraFit Breakfast Bran Muffins:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees1st: Poor 1 cup of Kellogs 100% Bran Buds cereal in bowl and add 1 cup of boiling water. Set aside for the bran cereal to soften and absorb the water2nd: Cream sugar, applesauce & eggs in large mixing bowl3rd: Add buttermilk to creamed mixture above and mix well4th: Add 2 cups of All Bran Cereal to mixture and blend well5th: In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg until well blended6th: Add flour mixture one cup at a time to above mixture. Blend well7th: Add moistened 100% Bran Buds cereal to mixture and blend well. It will be thick8th: Place cupcake / muffin liners to muffin tins. Spray with Pam to keep from sticking.9th: Fill muffin tin about 2/3's full10th: Bake on 375 degrees for 13 to 16 minutes, depending on your oven. The muffins should be soft to touch, so check your muffin @ 13 minutes to see if they are cooked all the way through.
