In separate bowl, whisk together milk, oil, vanilla and eggs, just until blended. Add to the flour mixture and stir. Do not over mix. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Check with a toothpick, if toothepick comes otu clean muffins are done. Remove muffins immediately from pan and allow to cool completely.
