Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with Pam.Mix protein powder, flour, sugar, salt PB2, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix egg, milk, vanilla and applesauce. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and bake for 13 minutes. Let cool on cooling rack.
