stir 1cup Oatmeal, 1 cup applesauce ,1/2cup 1% Milk, 1/4 cup egg beater and 2 1/2 smart balance oil all together set aside. then in another bowl stir 3/4 whole wheat flour,1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp bakng powder and 1 tsp cinnamon all together .... then pour the first bowl into the other bowl and mix together and add 1/2 cranberries or raisins or both ... put in 12 muffin tin and bake
