Mix one whole box of Fiber One baking mix with one can of pumpkin pie filling. Add water to the can and hand stir to wash the rest of the pumpkin off the sides of the can...maybe half a can of water. Add a splash of water mixture, then mix a bit. Keep going until the batter is a nice pourable consistency (this may very depending on how you like your muffins). Make sure you get the lumps out.
