2 cups (1can 15oz) pumpkin
2 eggs 2 Tablespoons + 2 Teaspoon Light Margarine
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Here is how you make Nana's PUMPKIN Patch Muffins:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 8 well muffin tin with baking spray.In large bowl add all dry ingredients and mix.In medium bowl mix all wet ingredients.Add the wet to the dry and Mix gently . Spoon evenly into muffin tins. Bake 25-30 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean .Place on rack and let rest for 5 minutes. Carefully turn muffin tin over dump out the muffins on rack.
