3/4 c Oat Bran
1 c Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder

2 cored, unpeeled shredded apples

Here is how you make Make My Day Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. *Lightly grease muffin pans. Blend dry ingredients throughly. In food processor (or with hand grater) shredded apples and carrots. Add carrots, apples, craisins, and walnuts to dry ingredients. Beat 2 eggs, add milk and vanilla then combine with other ingredient mixture. Blend but don't overmix.Fill muffin pans and bake about 15 minutes. Less for miniatures, more for mini-loaves.*This makes 30 average round muffins.
