Here is how you make High Fibre Date Square Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350F. In a saucepan, combine dates & orange juice. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until dates are very soft. Remove from heat and add ground flax seeds. Set aside.In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking powder & salt. Add honey & canola oil, stirring until completely combined.Place 12 muffins tin liners in tray and spray with cooking spray. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture and press firmly into each muffin tin. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of date mixture and spread evenly.
