1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 t. Baking soda

3 apples, peeled, cored and shredded
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c raisins
3/4 C. skim milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 t. vanilla


How Do I Make Yummy Healthy Muffins?

Here is how you make Yummy Healthy Muffins:

Mix flour, flaxseed, bran, sugar and dry ingredients together. Shred carrots and apples and add these along with raisins and nuts to dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir together milk, eggs and vanilla and stir this into batter until well moistened. Place 24 paper liners in muffin pans and spray with cooking spray.
