2 large onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cups matzo farfel or crushed matzo
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 eggs
2 cups chicken broth

How Do I Make Onion Mushroom Pudding?

Here is how you make Onion Mushroom Pudding:

Chop onions and celery. In a saute pan add 4 tablespoons oil. Saute onions, celery and mushrooms until golden. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add matzo farfel and brown mixture lightly stirring with a fork. Add parsley, stirring to mix well. Beat eggs add chicken broth, mix well and add to pan. Grease 11 X 9 baking dish. Place pan in oven to allow to get hot. (2 min). Remove pan from oven carefully with oven mitts. Place mixture in pan and place in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
