Here is how you make Healthy nut snack bars:

toast 1 cup of oats in small pan; in large bowl combine cranberries, pumpkin seeds, almond slivers, flax seed and chia seeds. When oats are golden brown add to cranberry mixture. In same small pan add peanut butter and brown sugar; stir until melted. Add peanut butter mixture to cranberry mixture; then add honey. Stir until well incorporated. Place in 8x10 pan lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Place pan in freezer for 45 minutes. When done remove from pan and cut into 12 bars.
