1 T. dutch process cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. espresso powder
1/3 c. (80 g) 1% cottage cheese
1 pkt. Truvia or other sweetener to taste
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Here is how you make Oatmeal "Brownie Batter":

Combine oats, almond milk and water in saucepan on stove. Once boiling, stir while cooking for a few minutes until the oats get thick and kind of gloppy. While the oats are cooking, place the banana in a bowl and cook it in the microwave for 1 to 1 ? minutes, until it's all translucent. Remove the oats from the heat. Stir banana into the oats along with all but the vanilla and sweetener. Use a stick blender to puree up the oats and cottage cheese. I like mine just a little chunky still, but not too. Be careful not to melt the plastic on your blender! Return to the heat for a minute or two to melt the cottage cheese a bit. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and sweetener.
