What Are The Ingredients For Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites Recipe?The ingredients for Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites are: 1 cup old fashioned oats, 1/4 cup flaxseed, 1/4 cup sliced almonds or peanuts, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, a pinch of salt, 1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. smooth peanut butter, melted and slightly cooled (about 30 seconds in the microwave), 1/4 cup + 1 Tbs. honey, 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract, 2 Tbs. mini chocolate chips, 1/4 cup ground almonds or peanuts to roll the balls in.How Do I Make Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites?Here is how you make Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites: Combine oats, almonds, flaxseed with salt and cinnamon in a large bowl, stir and set aside. Melt peanut butter about 30 sec. in the microwave. Remove from microwave and add honey and vanilla to warm peanut butter and mix until combined. Let cool slightly then combine with oats, almonds and flaxseed. Mix well with a spoon and bring together with your hands. Once mixture is sticking together, fold in chocolate chips. Roll dough into golf ball sized or slightly smaller balls then roll in ground almonds/nuts.
