While oatmeal is still very hot add your frozen blueberries and stir them in. Add 1tbsp of smart balance and 2 tbsp of splenda. * You can use more or less of the splenda to taste I like 2 tbsp only* also I didn't add the salt to the water so salt isn't accounted for in the oatmeal. Enjoy :) my mom used to eat this when she was low carbing and in phase 2 or 3 I can't quite remember but if you want to do low carb I'd suggest using a diffrent type of peanut butter.
