Process almonds, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and unsweetened flake coconut in food processor. Do not over process--do not make powder, leave as a nice crumble.Put processed nut mixture in a pan on medium heat, slowly add coconut milk and stir for 4-5 minutes until thickened.Add honey, vanilla extract & cinnamon.Serve warm.
