Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat a 9 inch square pan with nonstick baking spray.2. In a large bowl, combine the Oats, protein powder,baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir until completely combined.3. Pour into baking pan and smooth the top.4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center springs back when touched or inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack for 5 minutes and then turn out of pan. Let cool and cut into 12 portions and wrap individually if desired.
