Here is how you make Pumpkin Oatmeal Scotchies:

Preheat oven to 375.Mix all dry ingredients in small bowl. In large bowl beat together the margarine, sugars, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Slowly add the dry ingredients....add oats and chips and combine. Drop by rounded tablespoon (2 oz scoop works great) on parchment paper is best. Bake 7-8 for chewy or 9-10 minutes for crisp.
