2 tbsp orange peel (zest),

Here is how you make Orange Walnut Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a bowl, stir together all dry ingredients with the orange peel (zest). Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Make a well in the middle of the mixture. Add yogurt and milk all at once. Use a fork to mix well. Using hands, shape 2 in balls and then flatten out to make small disk shaped biscuits (about 1/2 thick). Arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Let cool or serve slightly warm. Makes 10 biscuits. For added sweetness, mix 1/2 cup splenda with fresh squeezed orange juice (about 3 - 4 tbsp) to make a glaze.
