Mill 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal in Magic Bullet.Chop almonds into small pieces.Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.Add marmalade.Add enough water to mix to a pasty consistency.Spread on silicon sheet (dehydrator) or baking tray.Place in a dehydrator and dehydrate for 10 hours at 155 degrees. Can also cook in an oven at 275 for about 30 -40 minutes. Cook until bar is dry.
