3/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Four (if not use equal parts whole wheat and all purpose flour)
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Egg Whites (or 1 egg)
2 cups Unsweetened applesauce (2 plastic cups)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup frozen blueberries

1. Mix milk, oats, and flax. set aside.2. Mix flour and baking powder. Then add to oats.3 Mix in egg whites and applesauce.4 Add Nuts and Blueberries (you can also put the blueberries in each pancake after you pour the batter)5. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto medium heat hot pan. Cook each side. (when bubbles appear throughout Flip)I recommend topping with mixed berry low fat yogurt. yumm.
