In a mixing glass combine milk and lemon juice; let sit for several minutes.In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients.Beat the egg, oil and vanilla together. Add, along with the milk and lemon juice, to the dry ingredients. Mix well until batter is smooth.Fold in blueberries. Scoop by 1/4 cupfull onto hot greased griddle and cook about 5 miutes per batch.
