1. Evenly spread 1 C oats onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon (to taste). Toast in a toaster oven at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.2. In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 C peanut flour, 1/4-1/3 C Water, a dash of salt, and 1 T of brown sugar.3. Add oats and raisins to mixture. Mix dough. (you may have to add more water if the mixture is still dry.4. Use a 1/2 T scoop to make your balls, packing the with your hands.5. On a separate surface, mix 1.5 T unsweetened coconut and 1/2 T brown sugar. This is your topping.6. Roll completed dough balls into the brown sugar/ coconut mixture.7.
