Here is how you make Pepper Steak Quesadillas:

Cook meat in desired seasonings. I used a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder. When meat done to liking add frozen pepper and onions. I used my foreman grill when constructing the actual quesadilla, by laying one shell on, filling and folding over on top of self. When both sides crispy and cheese melted remove from heat. Let stand for about two minutes.
