1. Pre heat Oven to 350 degrees2. Lightly coat lavash roll up with olive oil on both sides (cook in oven until golden and slightly hard)3. sautee mushrooms, green and yellow bell peppers4. Spread pizza sauce on lavash roll up (after toasting it)5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of pizza sauce6. Add the sauteed mushrooms, green and yellow peppers evenly7. Add chopped ham evenly8. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes-depending on your oven.
