How Long Does Pizza Bombs Recipe Take To Cook?Pizza Bombs takes 15 minutes to cook. How Many Servings Does Pizza Bombs Recipe Make?Pizza Bombs makes 4 servings. What Are The Ingredients For Pizza Bombs Recipe? The ingredients for Pizza Bombs are: 1 pkg. premade whole wheat pizza dough (I use Trader Joe's)4 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated or cubed 3 oz. prosciutto, diced 2 T. red peppers, finely diced 2 T. shallots, finely diced 1 T. olive oil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. italian seasoning 2 T. parmesan cheese 1 c. marinara sauce 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar (optional) How Do I Make Pizza Bombs? Here is how you make Pizza Bombs: Preheat oven to 400F. Flour a large workspace for the dough. Roll pizza dough out into a large (12 X 18 inch-ish) rectangle. Using a pizza wheel, cut dough into 24 squares (2-3 inches each side). Top each square with a little cheese, some prosciutto, peppers, and shallots. Do not overfill--the dough will have to fit around the filling! When each square is topped, carefully pick up each and wrap the dough up and over the toppings, pinching in the middle to seal each bomb. Place bombs seam-side down in a greased pie plate or on a greased cookie sheet, leaving a little space between them. Brush tops with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, italian seasoning, and parmesan. Let rise 20-30 minutes, then bake for 10-15 minutes, checking often after 10 minutes so they don't burn. While bombs bake, mix marinara and balsamic vinegar (if using) together. Heat if desired. Serve as a dipping sauce with warm pizza bombs!Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DAMIENDUCKS.What's The Nutritional Info For Pizza Bombs? The nutritional information for Pizza Bombs is:
