2 T. cornstarch

1 can mandarin oranges, save juice

1/2 pint strawberries
1 kiwi fruit

Here is how you make Fruit Pizza:

Bake cookie dough according to the package on a cookie sheet. Spread flat. Let it cool completely. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla; then spread ovr the cooled cookie dough. Place fruit on top. Take fruit juice and mix with cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of sugar; bring it to a boil in a small pan. Let it cool slightly and then spread it over the fruit.
