1/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1/8 C. Wheat Bran
1/2 TSP. Baking Soda
1.5 TSP. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Pure Pumpkin Puree
2 TBS. Milled Flaxseed
1 TBS. Orange Blossom Honey
Zest of One Orange
1/3 C. Frozen or Fresh Cranberries
1 TSP. Domino Granulate Light Brown Sugar (Optional)

Here is how you make Cranberry-Orange Pumpkin Granola Cookie Bars:

Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet in another, leaving out the brown sugar. Combine wet and dry well, and press into small baking dish that's been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle brown sugar over top. I get about 10 smaller bars when they're thinner in a larger pan, 6 small-sized bars when they're thicker in a smaller dish.These would be super easy to modify...Use applesauce instead of pumpkin, I've also been successful using crushed pineapple, and pretty much any fuit.
