Again, you can change this up a bit depending on your taste preferance or omit it. I like to add it because cinnamon several studies have shown improved insulin sensitivity and blood glucose control by taking as little as ? teaspoon of cinnamon per day. 6. Add 2 packets (2 tsps) of Splenda or whatever is your choice of sugar substitute, or omit. I prefer my shakes a little on the "sweet" side. 7. 1 schoop of Vanilla Jay Robb Protein (You can use any protein powder you want, but this is my favorite and you can't beat the nutrional value of 110 calories and only 1 carb!) 7. Mix well in blender for about 30 seconds or longer if adding ice cubes.
