How Do I Make Cherry Quinoa Protein Bars?

Here is how you make Cherry Quinoa Protein Bars:

Preheat oven to 350F.Place chopped dates in small pot with 1/2 cup of water and boil until thickened, stirring frequently then set aside.Place quinoa in food processor and pulse until ground. Set aside. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl. Mix the two together until thoroughly blended.Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn out on to cutting board. Cut in to 24 pieces.Place bars on large cookie sheet prepared with non-stick spray and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
