Brazil nuts (6-8 nuts - 1 oz), 2 oz
Hemp seeds, hulled - 8 tbsp
Protein Powder, Jay robb Whey Protein, two scoop
Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil, 5 tbsp
*cinnamon apple sauce, nature's best organic, 4 oz
Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 3.5 cup
Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey, 8 tbsp
Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand), 4 oz

Cinnamon Apple sauce - organic- 4 tables spoons or so...add/mix last until you get the correct consistency.

Blenderize the almonds and Brazil nuts as well as the flax seeds... all separately. Then pulse the Oats. Heat up the coconut oil and honey so they are runny...mix all the dry ingredients together and pour the wet ingredients over it You may need to add more apple sauce until the mixture is the right consistency....mulch up/together with hands. Press into a parchment lines 8 X 8 pan and put in frig. to set.Serving Size:?Makes 12 bars
