2 large onions (2 cups)
2 cloves garlic
1 lime, juiced (1/4 cup)
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves (1/2 cup)
2 jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup cider vinegar

Here is how you make Fresh Salsa:

Core tomatoes. Chop into small, even pieces. Finely chop onions and peppers. Finely mince garlic and cilantro leaves. Mix all vegetables together in large bowl and add lime juice and vinegar. Stir in tomato sauce and salt to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld. I usually divide the salsa in half and make 1/2 of it HOT. For HOT salsa, add 1/2 to 1 cup additional chopped hot pepper.
