Combine whey isolate, almond butter, honey and cocoa until smooth. Stir in the coconut, chia seeds, nuts and dates. Stir until well distributed. Press into a foil lined brownie pan. Cover and chill in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove and cut into bars.
