The ingredients for Power Smoothie are:

8oz Almond milk (I use Almond Breeze original)
8oz water
2 cups shredded red leaf lettuce
1/2 c peeled & chopped cucumber
1/2 c parsley, fresh
4 TBSP cilantro, fresh
1 apple, medium with peel, coarsely chopped
1 orange, navel, large (peeled)
1 carrot, large (not peeled), coarsely chopped
1 TBSP flax seed meal (ground flax seed)
1 TBSP almond butter
1 c frozen 3-berrie mix (I use Kirkland brand)

Here is how you make Power Smoothie:

Add ingredients to blender in order listed. Start blender on low and increase speed as ingredients get incorporated. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds to get smooth texture. Calorie count per serving is pretty low so I have at least 2 servings at a time. You can half this recipe easily or it's plenty to share!Serving Size:?Makes 12 8-oz servings (approx 3 qts smoothie)
