Here is how you make Bob's Mixed Berry Smoothie:

Place Berries in blender and blend until smooth (you may have to add a little of the skim milk). Remove Frozen Yogurt from freezer and add to mixture (TIP: Run Hot water around container or drop in pan of hot water for a minute or two. Yogurt will slide right out). Add remainder of first cup of skim milk and blend for 2-3 minutes. Add remaining cup of skim milk and sweetener, then blend until everything is smooth.
