Here is how you make PB&J Smoothie:

Toss the ingredients in a blender. You may want to use a berry to help scrape the peanut butter into the center of the blender to avoid having any get stuck on the sides. Blend first on low speed, then raise the speed till all the ingredients are smoothly blended together. If you like it frothy like I do, turn the speed to low and open the top for a few seconds to whip air into the mixture. Let me know how you like it.This makes 2 small glasses of smoothie.
