Here is how you make Cacao-nut smoothie:

Freeze the bananas and cacao beans. Add milk, and 2-4 oz of yogurt to blender. Add sliced, frozen banana, cacao beans, and raw cashews. Blend until starting to puree. Add in peanuts (or natural peanut butter) and combine. Add ice and alternate with yogurt to get a thick, creamy almost milk-shake like consistency. At the end add a bit of cacao powder if you want a more chocolatey taste, and a tsp of vanilla, and blend just to combine. If you have tofu or frozen avocado, you can use this in place of the peanut butter, or replace some of the milk/yogurt. Depending on how much ice and yogurt you add to get the consistency, this makes about 24-30 oz, which is ample for 2 meal replacement servings. On a hot day, serves as a wonderful ice cream replacement. This is NOT a sweet recipe, so if you want it sweet-- add more banana, or something for sweetness.
