I also use 5 frozen strawberries as this is what makes it so thick and milkshake like.I also toss in 2-3 ice cubes as well. It's a big thick and creamy delicious shake! This creation is one of my best so far! Remember to freeze your fruits! Also adjust nutrition information according to your own protein powder.
