2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp whipping cream

Here is how you make Sweet smoothie:

Slice your cherries and remove the pits and stems. Set aside.Take a small handful of sliced almonds(about 20 slices) and add to your blender. Blend on medium until the almonds have become a fine powder. Add cherries, bananas, vanilla, cocoa and *whipped cream. Add 1/2 cup of water and blend on high until smooth. You can also add some ice cubes at this time, too, to make it thicker.*I used whipped cream because it was all I had on hand but you could easily use a fruit juice(apple, orange, ect), milk, soy, almond or rice milk or even just water.Makes 2 servings.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user STACIELOVE.
